ADOLESCENTS, ADULTS

Helaina Altabef, LAC, MST, CPC

Helaina’s journey to becoming a mental health counselor was driven by a practical need and professional passion: she wanted more tools to help people. As a former teacher, executive function coach, and parent coach, Helaina understands that while skills and strategies are powerful, they're often just part of the solution. Lasting change requires a deeper, more holistic approach.

Her work today is a blend of these experiences. She uses a grounded, collaborative approach that also honors the spiritual side of life. Incorporating both the practical and the profound, clients use both to feel better and build the life you want.

Helaina helps teens, young and adults and families become stronger, more resourceful, and more deeply connected. She also enjoys working with people during transitions. Whether you're navigating a new career, a change in relationships, or simply seeking a fresh start, Helaina will help you find clarity and create the plan towards a renewed sense of purpose.
